Network Engineer
CONNECT
Computer is an IT Solutions Provider in Fairfield, CT with
an entrepreneurial culture. We are looking for a mid-level
Network/Systems Engineer.
Expertise in configuring and supporting all Microsoft Desktop and
Server Operating Systems including SBS 2008/2011, LAN/WAN
technologies, DNS and DHCP, Remote Connectivity and VPN
Solutions. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
2003/2007/2010, virus/malware removal and have knowledge of all
main stream anti-virus and anti-malware software packages.
Must have experience with various backup software such as Symantec
Backup Exec. HP Procurve, XenApp, Vmware and XenServer experiences
are a plus.
Candidates have to demonstrate the ability to work independently
and to work well under pressure. Must have own car and be willing
to travel distances and/or to multiple client locations on a daily
basis. This position entails 90% travel primarily in Fairfield and
New Haven counties with limited travel to Westchester County and
Manhattan. Strong interpersonal and communications skills are
required, as close client interaction is involved. Strong
