Alan manages CONNECT sales and operations, as well as performs consulting, project and account management for our clients. He leads our hosting and communications areas. Alan has managed technology enterprises since 1985, most notably Megatrend Telecommunications, a company he launched and grew into a national firm. He joined CONNECT in 2001 and is a both a director and a stockholder. Alan holds a BS in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering from the University of Connecticut.

Expertise: communications, network infrastructure, operating systems, applications deployment, disaster recovery, and web hosting.

Lynn brings clients vast expertise in Microsoft and Citrix technologies. She is a Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator, putting her in an elite group of the world's top Citrix engineers. Her experience includes managing Citrix farm migrations for one of the world's largest Citrix customers. Lynn also specializes in Disaster Recovery software implementation leveraging NeverFail software technology. Lynn was the first person in North America to become a Softricity Certified Professional (SCP), the product has since been purchased by Microsoft and is now known as App-V. An IT professional since 1998, Lynn joined our firm in 2001. She was made Vice President in 2004 and President in 2008. Previously she was director of information technology at a fulfillment house/call center. Lynn earned her BA in Communications from Providence College where she also played Division 1 softball for the Big East Champion Friars.

Expertise: Lynn consults with clients as well as provides CONNECT with internal management of our Windows/Citrix network and server farm, application deployment and support, customer service, network consulting, business operations and project management areas.

When Bob joined CONNECT in 2004, he added over 20 years' experience in IT and business management to our firm. Bob is responsible for network design, configuration and licensing consulting, project and account management, and support of CONNECT clients. He is also in charge of developing our strategic relationships with vendors and industry partners. Bob earned his BS in Finance from Fairfield University.

Expertise: network design, wireless infrastructure, and applications (accounting, CRM and high-availability) software and licensing.

Laurie joined CONNECT in 1994, bringing systems integration expertise to our team as well as solid office and accounting application skills. As our Help Desk Manager, Laurie is who clients most often speak with on initial calls. A skilled problem solver, Laurie is often responsible for resolving client issues on her own. For those requiring escalated support, Laurie manages resolution and reporting back on progress to the client. She also manages data center administration including documentation and backup processing. Prior to joining us Laurie served as operations administrator for a financial services company.

Expertise: help desk, systems integration, applications, administration.

Cindy joined CONNECT in 2004, bringing 20 years of experience in IT and business management to the management of our office. She oversees accounting, customer service, scheduling, purchasing, payroll and inventory for the company. Cindy also provides desktop support to clients, and assists with continual improvement of client service. She possesses strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate, manage and ensure success. Cindy earned her BS in Information Technology from Quinnipiac University.

Ron is a major shareholder of CONNECT Computer, is actively involved in the company's operation, and serves as Chairman of its Board of Directors. Ron brings CONNECT's Board an extensive background in marketing and business administration. He has had a distinguished career in hospital administration and pharmaceutical/medical marketing and communications. Ron has served as a marketing manager in the pharmaceutical industry, and in account service and administrative positions with medical marketing and communications agencies. His experience (NYC-based) includes: Senior VP, Client Services at J.Walter Thompson, Deltakos Division; President/CEO Rolf Werner Rosenthal Agency; Senior VP and Management Council member at Ogilvy & Mather Advertising: President/CEO Barnum & Souza Marketing & Communications, Inc. Ron earned his BS in Pharmacy from Northeastern University.
