Ron has an extensive background in marketing and business administration through his career in hospital administration and pharmaceutical/medical marketing and communications.

He has served as a marketing manager in the pharmaceutical industry, and in account service and administrative positions with medical marketing and communications agencies. His experience (NYC-based) includes: Senior VP, Client Services at J.Walter Thompson, Deltakos Division; President/CEO Rolf Werner Rosenthal Agency; Senior VP and Management Council member at Ogilvy & Mather Advertising: President/CEO Barnum & Souza Marketing & Communications, Inc.

Ron is a major shareholder of CONNECT Computer, is actively involved in the company's operation, and serves as Chairman of its Board of Directors.

Alan D. Wittstein

President Sales and Marketing

Alan has managed technology enterprises since 1985, most notably, his own national company, Megatrend Telecommunications. He joined CONNECT in 2001 and is a both a director and a stockholder.

Alan manages sales and operations, as well as performing consulting, project and account management. He leads hosting and communications efforts coordinating solutions with Lynn M. Souza.

Communications, network infrastructure, operating systems, applications deployment, disaster recovery, and web hosting are areas in which Alan has experience and expertise.

Lynn M. Souza

Lynn has been an IT professional since 1998. Having previously performed network administration and services management at a fulfillment house/call center, she joined CONNECT in 2001.

Besides internal management of our Windows/Citrix network and server farm, application deployment and support, customer service, network consulting, and project management are areas Lynn covers, leveraging her skill set with Microsoft and Citrix technologies. She has become certified for Citrix NFuse Elite/Secure Access Manager and attained her CCEA, putting her in an elite group of the world's top Citrix engineers.

Lynn has recently managed Citrix farm migrations at one of the worlds largest Citrix customers.

Bob Thomas

Sr. Systems Consultant/Business Development Specialist

With over 20 years experience in IT and business management, Bob joined CONNECT in 2004.

Bob concentrates on network design, configuration and licensing consulting, project and account management, and support. He also develops strategic relationships with vendors and industry partners.

Bob has broad expertise in network design, wireless infrastructure, and applications (accounting, CRM and high-availability) software and licensing.

Laurie Rodriguez

Help Desk Manager & Data Center Admin.

Laurie is an experienced systems integration office professional with solid office and accounting application skills. Prior to joining CONNECT in 1994 she performed operations administration for a financial services company.

Laurie is our help desk manager taking most initial calls and solving many issues averting escalation. She manages fullfilment of escalated support calls also and takes care of data center administration like documentation and backup processing.

Cindy Karcher

Office Manager
Quinnipiac University, B.S., Information Technology

Cindy is an accomplished professional with 20 years of experience in IT and business management, joining Connect in 2004.

Her responsibilities include managing many facets of the business including accounting, customer service, scheduling, purchasing, payroll and inventory. She also provides desktop support to clients, building relationships with clients and gaining knowledge in order to improve client services.

She has experience in the installation and implementation of accounting systems, MRP systems, and field service software. She possesses strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate, manage and ensure success.
